We live in a fast-paced world. Constant changes abound. We run from one task to the next never really taking time to be in the moment. Even in the midst of the mad rush, we can all find the time, money, and opportunity to do the things we “really” want to do.
People are funny. No matter how “busy” we are, we all do what we truly desire. Finding the “time”, “money”, and “opportunity” for what we need is another story. Everyone WANTS to be in good health. No one says, “I truly wish my health were WORSE!” But the question is…how much is your health worth?
Poor health is extremely economical. Poor food choices, poor habits, a poor work ethic…these are all very cheap. Great health costs. It costs not just in monetary terms but in discipline, proper mindset, and a strong work ethic. The price to be paid for great health in mind and body is high. Anything of true value has a price. Again, I ask the question…how much is your health worth?
Count the price you are willing to pay and you have your answer.
